By installing or using Triage Inbox for Jira ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

Service Description
Triage Inbox for Jira is an Atlassian Forge application that provides a triage workflow for Jira issues. The App captures new issues, allows triage actions (accept, decline, snooze, mark duplicate), manages rotation schedules, and applies automation rules within your Jira instance.
Atlassian Platform Dependency
The App runs entirely on Atlassian Forge. Its availability, performance, and data handling are subject to Atlassian's platform capabilities and terms. We are not responsible for Atlassian platform outages or changes.
Jira Workflow Interactions
The App may transition Jira issues to "Done" status, set resolutions, add/remove labels, create issue links, post comments, and assign issues. These actions are performed via the Jira REST API and are subject to your Jira workflow configuration and permissions.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App in compliance with Atlassian's Marketplace Terms of Use and your Atlassian Cloud terms. You will not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit the App beyond its intended use.
Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the Publisher and are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.
Warranty Disclaimer
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE PUBLISHER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Publisher from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
Subscription and Licensing
The App is licensed through Atlassian Marketplace. Pricing, billing, and subscription management are handled by Atlassian.
Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your Jira instance. Upon uninstallation, all Forge SQL data is automatically deleted by Atlassian's platform.
Data Deletion
Uninstalling the App removes all stored triage data from Forge SQL. Labels added to Jira issues ("untriaged") and comments posted by the App remain on those issues unless manually removed.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
