Agreement to Terms

By installing and using be4 apps ("4QA", "the Service") on the monday.com platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app.

Service Description

be4 provides monday.com applications for test management and quality assurance. The Service includes:

  • 4QA — A test management application that creates and manages boards for test cases, executions, requirements, and defects within your monday.com workspace.
  • 4QA Server — A webhook endpoint for CI/CD integration that receives test results in JUnit XML format and creates execution items on your monday.com boards.

monday.com Platform

The Service operates within and depends on the monday.com platform. Your use of monday.com is governed by monday.com's own terms of service and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of the monday.com platform.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose of test management and quality assurance. You agree not to:

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the application.
  • Use the Service to violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or monday.com platform.
  • Use automated tools to abuse the monday.com API through the Service beyond normal usage patterns.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, documentation, and branding, is owned by Maciej Jezierski. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Your data remains yours. We claim no ownership over content you create using the Service, including test cases, execution results, requirements, and defect reports stored on your monday.com boards.

Warranty Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all monday.com configurations. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of test results processed through the CI/CD integration.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MACIEJ JEZIERSKI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app from your monday.com workspace. Upon uninstallation:

  • App configuration data will be removed within 10 days.
  • Board data created by the app remains on your monday.com boards and can be managed by you.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service if these terms are violated.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
