Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how be4 apps ("4QA", "we", "our") handle information when you use our applications on the monday.com platform. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices.

Data We Access

Our apps operate entirely within the monday.com platform. The only data we access is:

  • monday.com workspace context — workspace ID, board IDs, item IDs, and user ID provided by the monday.com SDK to determine which view to render and where to store data.
  • Board and item data — column values, subitems, and board relations on boards created or managed by the app (prefixed with "4QA -"). This data is read and written through the monday.com API.
  • App storage — configuration data (such as installed board IDs and requirement source registrations) stored in monday.com's built-in app storage, namespaced by workspace ID.

Data We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, store, or process:

  • Personally identifiable information (PII) such as names, email addresses, or phone numbers
  • Authentication credentials or tokens
  • Data from boards not managed by the app
  • Analytics, telemetry, or usage tracking data
  • Cookies or browser fingerprinting data

Data Storage

All data is stored within monday.com's infrastructure:

  • Board data is stored as standard monday.com items and columns, subject to monday.com's own data policies.
  • App configuration is stored in monday.com's app storage API, namespaced by workspace ID to prevent cross-workspace data leakage.
  • We do not operate external databases, servers, or storage systems for user data. The 4QA server component runs on monday code hosting and processes webhook payloads transiently — no payload data is persisted beyond the API call.

Third-Party Sharing

We do not share, sell, rent, or transfer your data to any third parties. No analytics services, advertising networks, or data brokers receive any information from our apps.

Data Retention and Deletion

When you uninstall a be4 app:

  • App storage data (configuration, settings) is removed within 10 days of uninstallation.
  • Board data (items, columns) created by the app remains on your monday.com boards and can be managed or deleted by you at any time through standard monday.com board management.
  • You may delete the "4QA -" prefixed boards at any time to remove all test management data.

Data Security

We rely on monday.com's security infrastructure for all data protection:

  • All API communication uses HTTPS encryption.
  • Server-side webhook endpoints verify request signatures using the monday.com signing secret.
  • The app does not store or log API tokens, user credentials, or sensitive data.

Children's Privacy

Our apps are business tools intended for use by organizations on the monday.com platform. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
